At Early Journeys in the "Ready for School" room, we follow AISTEAR, the Early Childhood Curriculum Framework, and even cater to each individual child’s unique way of thinking, developing a specialized thinking-based curriculum. Here, we focus on preparing children for school by explaining and working with them to understand what it will be like when they transition to school.

We educate children on acceptable and unacceptable behavior, ensuring that all our kids are familiar with the alphabet and phonetic sounds. We actively promote the learning of numbers 0-10 through listening, writing, and counting. In the "Ready for School" room, our day begins with ECCE kids, where we follow a schedule that includes circle time, free play, art and craft activities, among other engaging experiences. All our activities and educational efforts are presented to the children in a fun and play-based manner to encourage their active participation.

As a child gets ready to enter school, they often have numerous questions about nature, the environment, science, and various other general knowledge topics. We aim for the well-being of the children and encourage them to explore with a broad and open-minded perspective.
